1. Platform nature

BXHP1688 is a B2B supply-chain catalog and matching platform providing product display, quotation and order liaison services. The sales contract is formed between buyer and supplier; the platform performs its duty of care in matchmaking.

2. Accounts

• Registration details must be accurate; credentials are the holder's responsibility. Report compromised accounts to support for immediate freezing.
• Using the platform for counterfeiting, smuggling, IP infringement or other unlawful trade is prohibited and may result in account termination and referral to authorities.

3. Quotations & orders

Catalog prices are indicative; the mutually confirmed quotation (QO) prevails. Confirmed orders may not be unilaterally cancelled except for quality or performance breach; deposits are handled per confirmed terms.

4. Intellectual property

Product images, descriptions and catalog files are owned by BXHP1688 or respective suppliers/brands, licensed for procurement evaluation only. Bulk scraping, reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

Delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, regulatory changes, port strikes) are resolved by mutual agreement with statutory exemption for the platform. Indirect lost profits are excluded.

6. Amendments & governing law

These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance. Laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules) govern; disputes shall first be settled amicably, otherwise submitted to the competent authority where the operator is located.
